Another solution for the table-

the table  below is mobile-friendly, searchable and filtrable.

If someone wants to look at it on mobile or tablet, the rows collapse quite nicely (we can choose which rows collapse on mobile, for this example I’ve left the name and date).

Pagination could be also set up as 10, 50, 100 entries etc.

More tweaking needed (i.e. the download links need insterting/fixing), but overall it seems to be ticking all the boxes..
